What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly sales goals.

Preferred Skills:

Account Manager

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Track leads, manage partnerships, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Represent WayForward at events, networking opportunities, and online platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnership management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with hybrid/remote work and managing your own schedule.

  • Results-driven, self-starter with a growth mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business process automation a plus.

Compensation: Commission-based with performance incentives, with opportunities for growth.


Events Planner – Independent Contract

Location: Hybrid/Remote (event travel as needed)
Type: Independent Contractor 

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events, including workshops, networking events, and community initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, speakers, registrations, and event promotion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, participants, and stakeholders.

  • Develop creative strategies to increase attendance, engagement, and visibility.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with hybrid/remote collaboration and occasional on-site coordination.

  • Experience with virtual event platforms, social media promotion, and event marketing a plus.
